Comments: QRP'ers seem to be more regular in QSL'ing. And, they most often
provide SASE's! I just like letting QRP'ers know they're getting
out, and, in a QRP QSO we tend to tolerate weak signals more than
we do when running higher power.

interest is in building and modifying. Have been interested in QRP before
becoming licensed (in mid 1970's). Recently rekindled interest in the topic.
